Astarion is one of the most dramatic characters in Baldur's Gate 3. I've personally mostly let him raise up because I believe he IS a vampire—and should be allowed to live according to his nature and not have to hide in a human shell.

To make him appear more mystical, I only change his hair and eye color... nothing more. I despise images and videos that portray this character in a certain sexual direction or glorify violence—this is certainly not what Larian intended to show or depict with him.

I respect his dignity and show him as he is or could be—without breaking him. In my stories, he often portrays other "characters" because it suits him at that moment. Yes, there will also be spicy/sexy images—but not in the sick look that some give him. I have absolutely no understanding for that and will not support such things.
